Piano & Voice | 12 Years Teaching Experience
Elena Vasquez discovered her love for music at the age of five when she began taking piano lessons in her hometown of Santa Fe, New Mexico. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the University of New Mexico and a Master of Music Education from Berklee College of Music in Boston.
With over 12 years of teaching experience, Elena specializes in classical piano and contemporary vocal training for students of all ages — from young beginners to adult learners. Her teaching philosophy centers on building a strong technical foundation while keeping lessons fun, encouraging, and tailored to each student’s individual goals.
Elena’s students have performed in regional recitals, school talent shows, and have gone on to earn music scholarships at the collegiate level. When she’s not teaching, Elena performs with a local jazz trio and volunteers with a community music outreach program that brings free lessons to underprivileged youth.
